How do I view my order history?
You will receive an e-mail containing all details about your order.
I placed an order on RPGMakerWeb before 20th August 2020, how can I access my downloads and license keys?
You can access your old account on the following URL: https://old.rpgmakerweb.com/c/login
I did not receive the confirmation email
There are various possibilities if you do not receive the confirmation email. We would appreciate it if you could check the following items.
- Is the email address you provided correct? If entered incorrectly, it will not be delivered.
- If you have a high level of email security, please make sure to check your spam/junk folder and if you find it please mark it as “not spam” to ensure you receive all future emails.
What payment methods can I use?
We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Google Pay, and Apple Pay (compatible devices only).
All your payment information is encrypted so you can be confident that your information will be kept safe and secure.
Do you accept debit cards?
Yes we also accept debit cards from the providers list above.
Does my billing address have to match the address on file with my credit card?
Yes, you must enter your billing address exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. This helps us prevent fraudulent purchases.
When will my credit/debit card be charged?
You will be billed at the time of your transaction.
How will the charge show up on my credit card statement?
The charge for your order will appear on your credit card as: "KOMODO"
Do I have to pay sales tax?
All orders are subject to sales tax, GST or VAT according to the shipping location. The price indicated at the final stage of the checkout includes sales tax, GST or VAT that we will collect from you based on information you make available to us.
When will I get my order?
Once we have confirmed payment of your order, we will ship your order within 3 business days. After your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email.
How do I get my tracking number?
Once your order has been shipped we will send you a Shipment Confirmation email with the tracking number noted.
Do you ship to my country?
We have 3 stores. Europe, Japan and a US store. We do not ship to freight forwarders.
When will my purchase be shipped?
For physical products, we ship out your purchase within 3 business days after confirmation of payment for all in-stock products.

I’d like to return or exchange my product.
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer's convenience, unless it is clearly incorrect from the information posted on the product that arrived due to initial failure, posting error or shipping error. For further details, please view our returns policy.
The order I received is different from the one I ordered.
If the item/s you received is different from the one that you ordered please contact us via this form page within 7 days after you receive the product.
The package is damaged. Is it possible to return or exchange?
The outer box (transport box) as well as the cosmetic box and packing materials for product packaging are for the protection of the products inside. Please note that we cannot respond to package damage that may occur during product import or shipping.
